3. Bookings
When you submit a booking, you confirm that your details are accurate. Session times are subject to availability. We may contact you to confirm arrangements.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Where available, you may cancel or reschedule more than 6 hours before the scheduled time through the client portal. Shorter-notice changes may not be possible; please contact us as soon as you can.
5. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in EUR. Payment may be required in full or as a deposit, as indicated for each offering. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Conduct
Please treat sessions and communications with respect. We reserve the right to decline or end a booking if these terms are not followed.
7. Limitation of responsibility
You are responsible for your own choices and interpretations arising from any session or content on this website.
